Roles & Responsibilities:

* The position requires meeting with clients and providing technical consultancy, implementation and support services within Malaysia and neighbouring countries.

* The candidate will be implementing and supporting various vendor product, technologies in various emerging solution.

* Perform Research and Development on new technologies and applications

* Provide onsite and remote technical support services

* Create project documentation for customers

* Must be Highly Motivated and Passionate for IT Engineering and Computer Science challenges

* Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

* Preferably with Professional Certification like Microsoft MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified, Microsoft Certified on Azure.

* Desired Skill(s): Microsoft Azure, Office 365, M365, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, SAN, VDI, ESX, Clustering, Hyper-Converged HCI (vSAN, VxRail, Nutanix, Simplivity, Hyper-V, S2D, Azure Stack HCI)

* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

* Strong problem solving & analytical skills
