Project / maintenance / renovation management
• To assist all activities of work including planning, organising and monitoring, with supervision and reporting to Manager.
• Prepare scope of work documentation, including schedule, contractual conditions and quotation comparison.
• Assist in the issuance of contract and subsequent cost and accounting management.
• Proactively seek and consult contractors and supplier with relation to work.
• Oversees works and prepare regular report back to the Manager.
