-Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and designers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
-Work with fellow developers to design algorithms, system architecture, and flowcharts.
-Develop and program software applications based on user requirements and technical specifications.
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
-Integrate software components, third-party APIs, and external libraries seamlessly.
-Test, verify, and deploy programs and applications into production environments (CI/CD pipelines a plus).
-Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing system applications.
-Propose and implement improvements to current systems, including performance and security enhancements.

-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
-Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodologies.
-Prior experience in the full lifecycle of a software solution: development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
-Strong knowledge of client-side languages/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Laravel) or server-side languages (e.g., C++, JavaScript, PHP, Python).
-3–5 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and Java.
-Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (Eloquent, Hibernate, Doctrine).
-Proficiency with Git and Version Control Systems (GitFlow, branching strategies).
-Fast learner – ability to adopt new languages, frameworks, and tools as project needs evolve.
-Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills (e.g., able to guide peers or review code constructively).
-Resourcefulness and strong troubleshooting aptitude.
-Attention to detail in code quality, testing, and documentation.
-Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit, PHPUnit, Jest) is and added advantage.
-Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is and added advantage.
