What You Will Be Doing:
• Lead Project Delivery: Plan, monitor, and manage the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project resources.
• Monitor Budget and Progress: Track project costs, timelines, and milestones while managing milestone billing and payment collections to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to project team members, particularly in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure Quality Project Delivery: Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, customer expectations, and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, business users, and cross-functional teams to communicate project status, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage Project Risks and Issues: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT or business projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Planning & Organization Skills: Strong ability to plan, document, monitor, and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Leadership & People Management: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop project team members.
• Risk Management: Strong risk management mindset with the ability to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks proactively.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present project updates and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Project Management Methodologies: Practical knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI PMBOK is an advantage.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience managing projects within the financial services industry (e.g., banking or insurance) will be an added advantage.
