1. Diploma / Degree from higher learning institution or equivalent reputable university
2. CGPA 3.0 & above in any discipline
3. Minimum duration of 3 months
4. Active in extra-curricular activities and other acheivements
5. On the job training provided in real-life working environment
6. Opportunity to convert to permanent employment upon completion studies
