● Eliciting project requirements and receiving requirements.
● Defining the true problem and scoping the client business case for making an investment.
● Gather and provide quality documentation of detailed clients requirements to the operation and production team for the design and development of website / mobile application.
● Understand how to play a key role in creating and executing website & mobile strategy for a company and work across functional groups (Marketing, IT & Production Team) to
coordinate efforts and ensure success.
● Knowledge of writing user stories at this discovery phase is a must.
● Report on best practices, website and mobile industry standards, competitor’s product and legal requirements associated with assigned projects.
● Liaise with Project Manager to provide business evaluation, revenue optimization, feature recommendations and on-going support for website and mobile apps.
● Work closely with the production team to bring website & mobile app products to market, develop and grow business opportunities for the company.
● Plan, arrange, control meetings, workshops, and relations with clients during system investigation and throughout subsequent development work.
● Maintain a good relationship with clients.

● 5-8 years of experience in delivering projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Engineering
● Good written and oral communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Experience in managing senior stakeholder
● Knowledge of software development life cycle stages.
● Ability to understand and work within team dynamics
● Ability to resolve complex problems creatively
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
● Experience with Business Analyst for both Website and Mobile applications.
● Exposure in both website and mobile applications behaviors and user experience is desirable.
● Good planning, problem management and organization skills are essentials.
● SCRUM Master Certification is an advantage
● You are proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
