Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking and analysing social media analytics, such as:-
- audience reach
- user interaction
- conversion rates.
Monitor and create engaging content on various social media platforms such as:-
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Youtube
Provides support in the planning and final editing stages of video production for YouTube and TikTok.
Take part in collaborative marketing brainstorming sessions and offer valuable input and suggestions.
Stay up-to-date about the most current trends and optimal approaches in the realm of social media.
Analyses analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Understands the overall concept of the company, like the brand, target customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service to provide satisfaction.
Provide suggestions to improve customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
For optimal postings, learn about Canva, algorithm tools, and video editing software.

Candidates must possess or pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:-
- Marketing
- Communication/PR
Demonstrate exceptional comprehension and communication abilities to manage stakeholders.
Proactive person seeks to improve execution methods to meet objectives.
Someone with an exceptional understanding of digital content writing nuances.
Someone who is familiar with editing tools and content creation is beneficial.
Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
