Responsibilities:
• Assist Leasing Department to draft all relevant legal documents;
• Assist Leasing department to liaise with external legal counsels/consultants;
• Draft and/or review legal documents/contracts related to the businesses of the Company, including agreements, correspondences and any other documents in relation to conveyancing, litigation, corporate and commercial transactions;
• Conduct legal research and to keep abreast of new laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its businesses and advise the management on any potential legal issues/risks arising therefrom;
• Review, recommend and/or develop policies, procedures or guidelines for the Company and/or its respective business units to ensure compliance with the new laws and regulations;
• Act as the custodian of all legal documents and ensure proper filing of these legal documents;
• Provide prompt updates and reports as may be requested by the HOD/management;

• Bachelors Degree in Law
• At least 5 years of related work experience
• Computer literate
