Here are some important/necessary questions to ask during the interview:
All questions are coming from The UM App Club mentors who are senior engineers and C-level execs

1) Did the company allow WFH before the covid 19 situation?
2) Does the company has a senior role to guide me (the intern) and would it work remotely?
3) Would I be working on my own device or company device?
4) Does company sponsor data plan / has some internet allowance during MCO (for work and remote meetings)?
5) What tech stack the company is using
6) Work processes: How is a feature actually developed? Who is involved in speccing out the feature? How is the work to implement a feature broken down and distributed between engineers? How are bug reports handled?

Important Note:

1) A company offering RM 200/month (that's 2400 per year) might be having severe cash flow problems.

2) Or the company may be trying to take advantage of students' Covid-19 scarcity mindset.

Nevertheless, asking the question at the top of this section will help you find a company that you can add value to, that will add value to your growth fairly
