Responsibilities
Support Prototyping: Assist the design team in using AI tools to help generate wireframes and prototypes from sketches or requirements, allowing for rapid iteration.

Analyze User Behavior: Help analyze user behavior and data trends to support the design of more personalized and context-aware experiences.

Learn Design Automation: Learn how AI can be leveraged to automate repetitive design tasks, such as generating design assets or checking for brand consistency.

Assist with User Feedback: Support the team in gathering and analyzing user feedback, learning about tools for sentiment analysis or behavioral pattern recognition.

Contribute to Ethical AI: Participate in discussions about responsible and ethical AI use, learning how to design for transparency and address potential biases.

Stay Curious: Keep up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends, sharing interesting findings with the team.

Requirements:

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

A portfolio showcasing design thinking and user-centered design projects (classwork, personal projects, or past internships are all welcome).

Familiarity with common design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

A basic understanding of user research methodologies (e.g., prototyping, usability testing) from coursework or projects.

A strong interest in artificial intelligence concepts (like machine learning, NLP, or predictive analytics) and how they apply to design.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with a strong desire to learn and receive constructive feedback.

Any exposure to or interest in conversational design, voice, or generative AI interfaces is a strong plus.

Nice to have
Interest in the insurance or financial services industry.

Knowledge or training in Design Thinking principles.
