Finology, a FinTech & InsurTech company in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), is looking for driven Business Development Interns to join our dynamic and multinational team! This all rounded role will give you the opportunity to learn how to build effective partnerships; planning, managing, and communicating with different stakeholders.

What you'll be working on:

Identifying genuine contact leads for insurance distribution partnerships & media campaign collaborations.
Identify and create a database of potential companies for partnerships through google/linkedin search.
Engage with PIC’s/leads through multiple channels of communication (email, WhatsApp, social media etc)
Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
Assist in HR related matters
Work closely with Partnership & HR team for other ad-hoc tasks

What we'd like to see in the candidate:

-Students currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, Marketing, or equivalent fields are welcomed to apply.
-We love candidates who are curious, proactive, and independent.
-You should be organized, a clear communicator, problem-solver, and willing to work smart.
-Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Bonus points for candidates with good written/spoken English and/or possess their own mode of transportation.
-Enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment.
