Job Details

Job Scope:
1. Arranging appointments, meeting schedules and travel plans for the Chairman.
2. Deal with government agencies and customers for meetings, etc.
3. Attend important meetings or any meetings as assigned by the Chairman.
4. Prepare proposals, reports and write minutes.
5. Manage public relations, entertain customers/clients and attend events as required.
6. Handling documents, letters, records and preparing reports, as well as performing administrative tasks.
7. Possess good communication skills.
8. Can travel within Malaysia and abroad whenever required.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chairman.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in accounting, business or marketing field.
2. Experience: Work experience is preferred. College or university graduates without experience are also encouraged to apply.
3. Gender: Male or Female.
4. Age: 23 - 35 years old.
5. Computer Knowledge: Basic computer operation and knowledge is required. Proficiency and skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WPS Office.
6. Skills: Ability and skill in video editing will be an advantage.
7. Language: Able to write, read and communicate in Malay, English and Chinese languages.
8. Working Location: Able to work in Kuala Kedah, Kedah.
9. Working Hours: Able to work under flexible hours.
10. Ability to complete work under minimal supervision.
11. Possession of a valid car driving license.
