Responsibilities :
Continuously develop and enhance range of food products to meet customer’s changing needs to taste.
Provide support in all labeling matters pertaining to nutrition aspect.
Perform experiments/testing on product stability, shelf-life evaluation and any other test as required.
Perform quality measurements such as PH stability, viscosity test & any other test as recommended on every batch of products.
Provide test reports and discuss findings with MD and other relevant persons.
Responsible for quality inspection on all incoming raw material to meet our requirement before sending to production.
Observation on raw material handling during production to spot and correct any hazardous practice.
Perform quality checks on outgoing product so as to ensure conformance to the quality system or customer specified requirement.
Collaborate with production supervisor for trouble shooting on quality issues and recommends solutions for improving product quality.
To maintain and keep samples of every batch of product for test evaluation and product traceability in any case of complaint or product recall.
Evaluate customer complaint and implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products with evaluation report.
To educate and train production team on quality control knowledge.
All inspection and quality checks are to complete with proper document.
Requirements:
Requirements :
Degree in Food Technology/Food Science or its equivalent.
Knowledge of Quality Systems such as HACCP and etc.
Minimum 2 years working experience in food processing will be an added advantage
Candidates who are familiar with the local food statutory requirements will have an added advantage

A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday ( 8.30 am- 5.30pm)
Saturday - half day ( 8.30am - 1.00pm)
