- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking, and filing.
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle POS System.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
