1. To service existing customers and target new potential customers to achieve sales targets (KPI’s).
2. Responsible to achieve monthly sales target.
3. To ensure customer inquiries from all social media platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram are always answered.
4. Responsible in handling and follow up customers inquiries.
5. Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal.
6. To build strong customer relationship.
7. Maintain good relationship with customers and potential customers.
8. Provide good customer service to customers.
9. Record customers’ sales and update payment(s) make by customers.
10. Support company’s marketing strategies to increase company’s sales and overall business growth.
11. Compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that have been set by the Company.
12. Perform other related tasks and considered reasonable within the scope of the position offered.
13. To perform any others Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the team and management.
Requirements:
1. SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
2. Fresh graduate is welcome.
3. Highly motivated by sales.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
6. Positive working attitudes.
7. Willing to work in Shah Alam & can travel.
