Job Details

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, conducting background checks, and onboarding.
• Prepare monthly payroll and statutory forms such as KWSP, SOSCO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF for submission of contributions.
• Resolve payroll-related issues or problems within the given time frame.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legislative requirements.
• Check and process staff claims, allowances, and overtime.
• Update and maintain bookkeeping of all company leave records.
• Update medical and group insurance records with clinic and insurance agents.
• Maintain bookkeeping of training records in accordance with ISO policy.
• Prepare and submit foreign worker applications, renew foreign worker visas, and manage exit procedures.
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system.
• Conduct through and efficient exit procedures for both staff and trainees.
• Deliver training sessions on safety, health, and related Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) matters.
• Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports, present data effectively, and identify and implement necessary processes.
• Perform proper filing and management of company documents.
• Participate in all HR related tasks assigned by supervisor, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
• Maintain good working relationships with superior, employees, colleagues, HODs, and third parties.
• Participate in ad-hoc requests.
• Keep the reporting superior informed on the progress of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates trustworthiness and reliability with a strong sense of integrity.
• Exhibits the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
• Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective problem solver.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT / Copilot / Gemini.
• Strong skills in data entry, analysis, reporting frameworks, and bookkeeping.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Holds at least a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Management.
• Owns a car and is able to travel within the Klang Valley.
• Proven working experience as an HR Executive or in similar roles for at least two years.
