Job Details

- Manage customer orders and process sales documentation (order processing, invoice & record keeping)
- Update and maintain sales databases and records
- Coordinate communication between sales team and customers
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and deadlines
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- To ensure proper filling system and information posted in the system is up-to-date.
- Participate in direct marketing activities, outdoor promotions and roadshows.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience required for this role

• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

(We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
