Your Role

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the Country Manager to support residential sales performance and strategy in Malaysia. Your key responsibilities include:
Conducting discovery and qualification calls to identify top-of-funnel leads.
Pitching Rent-to-Own solar offers and driving prospects to advisory calls.
Assisting with rooftop solar designs and proposal preparation for potential clients.
Scheduling appointments for sales agents to carry out advisory calls or site surveys.
Running analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement throughout the sales cycle.
Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

Your Credentials

Passionate about solar and renewable energy, with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
Highly motivated and results-driven, eager to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Customer-focused, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks proactively and prioritize efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; with strong proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin Chinese.
Willing to work non-standard hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
Previous internship experience in a sales role is advantageous.
