1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates
- Help prepare interview schedules and assist in interview logistics
- Maintain the recruitment database and track the status of candidates
2. Employee Onboarding:
- Assist with new hire paperwork and documentation
- Assist in facilitate the onboarding process
3. HR Administration:
- Assist with HR-related documentation and filing
4. University Engagement:
- Assist in building relationships with universities and colleges for recruitment and internship opportunities
- Coordinate and participate in university career fairs, campus recruitment activities, and networking events
- Support the organization of on-campus recruitment drives and company presentations
- Help manage internship programs by collaborating with universities for student placement and providing support during the internship period
5. General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Collaborate with other departments on HR-related matter
Requirements:
- Candidate is currently pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields
- Duration of internship with minimum period of 24 weeks or 6 months is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and attention to detail
- Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
