What You Will Be Doing:
• Develop & Enhance Reporting Solutions: Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Data Support & Analysis: Support data extraction, validation, and basic transformation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting outputs.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• BI Dashboard Support: Support Power BI and/or Qlik Sense dashboards, including development, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Technical Documentation: Perform basic technical analysis and prepare clear documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes.
• System Support & Issue Resolution: Assist in system support activities, including issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Data Quality & Timeliness: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of reporting standards, technical processes, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals with a strong interest in data, reporting, and technical systems.
• Data Fundamentals: Basic understanding of data concepts, including tables, fields, measures, KPIs, and data relationships.
• BI Tool Exposure: Familiarity with Power BI and/or Qlik Sense, with hands-on exposure considered an advantage.
• Technical Foundations: Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data-related tools, with the ability to learn and apply them effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills to support reporting and technical analysis tasks.
• Learning Mindset: Demonstrated willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Communication & Teamwork: Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
