Install, assemble, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of hardware issues across end-user devices and peripherals.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal hardware performance and uptime.
Replace, upgrade, and maintain hardware components such as RAM, storage drives (HDD/SSD), and motherboards.
Install and update system software, drivers, and firmware to support hardware functionality.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and device-related issues.
Ensure proper data backup and recovery procedures are followed prior to hardware servicing.
Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware, spare parts, and tools.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and repairs.
Provide on-site technical support and user assistance for hardware-related incidents and service requests.

Candidates residing in Kuantan or nearby areas are preferred.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Networking, or equivalent are preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking basics.
Experience in hospital or healthcare ICT environment is an advantage.
1 or 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage.
