Job Overview

The Cloud Deployment Administrator is responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-based infrastructure, primarily within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role provides Level 2 technical support for the ACDM Airport project by managing escalated ITSM tickets, ensuring system stability, and supporting cloud operations. Additionally, the role assists in cloud infrastructure administration, technical support, and service request management for the Flexiworx platform and other emerging projects.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide Level 2 technical support for the ACDM Airport project, including the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of escalated ITSM tickets.
● Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure components such as virtual machines, storage, networking services, and platform resources.
● Support cloud infrastructure activities for Flexiworx and other corporate projects, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
● Monitor cloud resource utilization, system health, and operational performance to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
● Assist in implementing and maintaining cloud security controls, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security policies, and compliance requirements.
● Track cloud budget utilization, monitor cloud credits consumption, and prepare periodic usage and cost reports.
● Prepare cloud infrastructure costing and estimation documents based on project requirements, including SKU sizing, resource planning, and pricing analysis.
● Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, configuration, and performance-related issues within cloud environments.
● Coordinate with vendors, service providers, project teams, and stakeholders to address technical issues, service requests, and project deliverables.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation covering infrastructure architecture, configurations, operational procedures, and change activities.
● Provide technical assistance and consultation to internal users and project teams regarding cloud infrastructure requirements and best practices.
● Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in cloud administration, system administration, IT infrastructure, networking, or related technical fields are also welcome.
● Basic understanding of cloud computing technologies and infrastructure operations. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required for communication and coordination with vendors in China

Preferred
● Professional certifications in cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Alibaba Cloud.
● Exposure to cloud deployment, infrastructure monitoring, or technical support within enterprise environments.
● Experience supporting ITSM processes and incident management activities is an advantage.
