1. Strong desire to grow a career as a Data Scientist, focus in productivity improvement in highly automated industrial manufacturing, doing analysis and machine learning.
2. Ability to extract data from different databases and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques.
3. Must be able to explore and path-find solution to complex business problems, coordinate concept proving and pilot testing.
4. Works closely with business stakeholder, observations to find patterns and relationships in data.
5. Be part of team that enables MLOps for scaled, deployment, adoption and support.
6. Experience in the areas: statistical modelling, feature extraction and analysis, supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.

3. Language and software skills + level: Expertise in Python and SQL; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset
4. Education background: Technical degree in an engineering discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematic or other related areas)
