- Responsible for all administrative duties include manage filing system, assist to prepare proposals, invoices, purchase order, delivery order, shipping arrangement and relevant project documentation.
- To assist in sourcing products or production material.
- To assist marketing activities such as exhibition, seminars and workshop.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress and updates.
- Undertake any other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and work under pressure.
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
