In your new role you will:
-Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency within the organization
-Analyze and evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate & work together with stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
-Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations of automations/improvements.
-Train and educate stakeholders on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
-Develop technical automations for continuous improvement.
-Monitor and measure the success of efficiency initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to efficiency and process improvement.
-Lead continuous improvement projects to drive long-term efficiency gains.
-Audit coordinating by scheduling calls with the sites, gathering data from all stakeholders, coordinating slides updates and audit calendar updates.
-Handling of audit related open topics.
Requirements:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
-Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in data analytics field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement solutions
-Proven experience in process improvement and efficiency implementation
-Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, collecting data, cleaning data, developing calculations, publishing and analyzing results
-Good command of MS Office – especially Excel (e.g., Macros, Power Query), and data visualization tools. Tableau is a plus.
-Knowledge of process automation tools and low code applications.
