Job Details

1. Assist the technical team in providing product technical support, including user troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer feedback
2. Writing and updating technical documents, in order to contribute to the development and maintenance of technical support knowledge base
3. Assist in handling customer technical inquiries and issue feedback, promptly follow up, and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution of customer problems
4. Participate in product testing and quality feedback, assist in collecting and organizing user feedback and suggestions, and provide recommendations for product improvement
5. Assist the team in technical training and knowledge sharing to enhance the overall team's technical skills and service capabilities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
2. Familiarity with common operating systems and network knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues
3. Familiar in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Python etc
4. Strong communication skills and strong collaboration mindset
5. Adaptable and flexible
6. Strong customer service mindset
7. Strong problem analysis and solving abilities
8. Candidates with technical support or relevant internship experience are preferred
9. Strong interest in cutting-edge technology
