We are looking for a UI/UX designer intern to improve the user experience and streamline the user workflow. You will research and conduct testing to better understand users’ needs and workflows. You will refine the layout and presentation of the websites. You will join a talented, mission-driven team to revolutionize the carbon market. This is an opportunity to be exposed to the latest technology in Climate tech and engage with industry experts and participate in meaningful change that will transform current processes in green technology.

As a member of a highly energetic and passionate Pantas engineering team, the exciting things you will get to do:
- Improve users’ day-to-day workflow and enhance features discoverability with UI/UX principles (strong information hierarchy, grouping of similar items and easy navigation)
- Elevate the platform for maximum visual impact with beautiful imagery and clear messages and benefits
- Collaborate closely with the business development and engineering teams to refine the user interface (UI) and improve the user experience (UX) of Pantas

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Completed at least first year of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
- Good at developing effective user flow and wireframe as UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate and explain the various functions and features
- Focus on visual design and create UIs that consider the best possible user experience
- Familiar with fundamental UI/UX design principles
- Passionate in creating user centric design and willingness to learn
- Have an eye for visual design and strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Figma

It’s great if you have the following, it is not required:
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- External courses or certifications in UI/UX
- Has studied or experienced in designing for responsive websites, interaction designs, and information architecture
