The UOB IT Graduate Program aims to
1. Nurture the growth of the next generation tech specialists and leaders in UOB Innovation Hub 2.
2. Supporting the development of critical banking applications that include software development, IT application services and digital capabilities in various domains ranging from:
• Data
• Trading
• Automation
• Enterprise workflow

Program Overview
-Classroom training (<1 to 3 months): Intensive curriculum centered around the Bank and relevant skills for your associated domain. You will be mentored by an assigned experienced buddy and your manager.
-On-the-job training (Next 12 months):
You will participate in and contribute to projects that directly impact the Bank's technology agenda. Throughout this time, our Master Trainers will provide you with technical training, coaching and technology leadership mentoring to ensure your career potential is maximized.

Program Highlights:
-Technical Training and Mentorship: Spearheaded by our experienced Master Trainers, you will have the chance to work side-by-side with senior staff while progressively increasing your real-world development experience with the team.
-Career Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, you may be offered a permanent placement aligned with your skills and career aspirations at UOB Innovation Hub 2.

-Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience: No prior experience necessary. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C, or SQL is a bonus but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
-Qualifications: Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous but not mandatory.
