- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists, particularly focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Inform potential clients about SME loan options, government grant opportunities, corporate training programs, and team-building services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs.
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the system with lead information and call activity.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and product information to effectively communicate with prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Basic understanding of SME loans, government grants, corporate training, and team-building services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is advantageous.
