1. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of project works executed by workers to ensure company's assigned projects are fabricated and constructed in accordance with the approved Scope of Work, engineering design, standards and specifications in workshop and site.
2. Supervise the overall day to day, performance, co-ordination, management of the agreed project to assist in obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization upholding all aspects of compliance and standards and adhering to budget and prescribed criteria.
3. Ensure that the team are focused and deliver key priorities to include, but not limited to, high quality provision, high standards of health and safety, good communication.
4. Maintain excellent operations and standards.
5. Adhere to budget constraints and targets.
6. Responsibility to assist project and QAQC team.
7. Assist in developing plans for progress and growth.
8. From time to time may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
9. Responsible for the allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with Project Manager/Engineer. Must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.
