Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis and Loan Processing:

Assist in preparing comprehensive loan application documents and financial assessment reports.

Conduct financial analysis for client profiling and loan eligibility evaluation.

Analyze client financial statements to assess cash flow, gearing ratios, and debt service ratios (DSR).

Assist in evaluating SME Business Loan, Asset-Based Refinancing, and Personal Loan applications.

Work closely with senior consultants to perform pre-screening for loan eligibility.

2. Market Research and Client Profiling:

Conduct industry-specific research to support loan advisory services.

Assist in identifying financial trends and emerging opportunities in the SME sector.

Gather and analyze client data to support business development initiatives.

Contribute to the development of client-specific financial strategies and proposals.

3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand client needs.

Assist in preparing personalized financial advisory reports and proposals.

Support tele-sales and client outreach initiatives, including follow-up calls and appointment scheduling.

Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM database regularly.

4. Administrative and Reporting Tasks:

Prepare documentation and manage filing systems related to client consultations and loan applications.

Support administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.

Assist the marketing team in preparing financial content for social media and newsletters.

Track and compile key performance metrics for ongoing projects and client engagements.

Requirements:

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with basic financial concepts and loan processing is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).

Hands-on training in financial analysis and consultancy.

Guidance in preparing financial documentation and reports.
