• Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries.
• Provide professional technical support to our customers.
• Perform product testings to better understand our products.
• Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers
• Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim

• Degree with CGPA 3.0 and above, Electrical /Mechanical Engineering/ Computer Science or any related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-learning skills and willingness to learn.
• Mandarin speaker is preferable; 35 years old and below.
