Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily payroll operations for clients including Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong clients
• To ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in achieving client’s satisfaction
• Assist in tax related issues
• Manager clients’ requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure clients requests are handled promptly and accurately
Qualifications & Experience
• Degree holder in any discipline
• Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle which includes processing, statutory contribution and submission
• Fresh graduates or candidates with some working experience
Requirements:
Knowledge & Skills Required
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese
• Proficient with MS Office and keen in learning payroll systems
• Good numerical sense
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multi-task
• Both a team player and an individual contributor
• Adaptable and enjoy challenges with proactive attitude
• Responsible, determined, result-oriented, cooperative, hard-working
• Acceptance to occasionally work under pressure and meet deadlines
