1. Responsible for the daily payroll operations for clients for Hong Kong and Malaysia.
2. To ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in achieving client’s satisfaction
3. Assist in tax related issues
4. Manage clients’ requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure clients requests are handled promptly and accurately
5. Handle phone-in and email enquiries on our services
6. Maintain good business relationship with clients

1. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
2. Microsoft Office literate (Vlookup, Pivot, other Microsoft Excel functions)
3. Good numerical sense
4. Organized, analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multi-task
6. Adaptable and enjoy challenges with proactive attitude
7. Responsible, determined, result-oriented, cooperative, hard-working
8. Acceptance to occasionally work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Full time degree & above in Human Resource or relevant from top 20 universities
10. Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle which includes processing, MPF contribution and submission
11. Fresh graduates or candidates with some working experience
