Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in contact center solution deployment activities including requirement gathering, system development, testing and post-cutover support
• To support any department/team projects / other duties as and when deemed necessary
Requirements:
• Degree in information technology, computer science, or telecommunication studies.
• Minimum 4 to 6 months internship period.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Proficiency in Web API architecture, including SOAP Web Services and REST APIs.
• Good command of English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality.
• Able to work independently.
