Responsibilities
Participate in the operation and continuous development of Sangfor's overseas Security Operations Center (SOC).
Monitor, analyze, and investigate security alerts and incidents across different security platforms.
Perform security event analysis, triage, threat investigation, and incident response under established SOC procedures.
Analyze logs and correlate security events to identify potential threats and attack patterns.
Support investigations involving common cybersecurity threats such as ransomware, phishing, malware, and cryptomining attacks.
Prepare incident reports, investigation summaries, and technical documentation for internal teams and customers.
Collaborate with internal security and technical teams to continuously improve threat detection and response capabilities.

Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, and common cyber threats.
Basic hands-on exposure to security technologies such as XDR, EPP, Firewall, SIEM/SOC platforms, or similar tools is preferred.
Strong interest in security monitoring, threat investigation, incident response, and cybersecurity operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in log analysis and security event investigation.
Good command of English (Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus).
Willingness to work in a security operations environment and from the Sangfor Malaysia office.
