Responsibilities
Identify customer requirements and business opportunities through customer and partner engagements.
Understand and map customer business and technical requirements, and recommend suitable cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Support the development of project technology strategies, solution architectures, and implementation approaches.
Prepare and deliver business and technical proposals, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and other customer-facing materials.
Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities to demonstrate the technical feasibility and business value of Sangfor solutions.
Work closely with Sales, technical, product, and delivery teams throughout the customer project life cycle.

Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise IT, and technology consulting.
Good analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business value for customers.
Positive and professional working attitude, with strong learning agility and self-motivation.
Good command of English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
Willingness to work from the Sangfor Malaysia office.
